Post Secondary Transitions

Skills for School. Strategies for Life.

At Loop Learning, Collective, we understand that the transition from high school to post-secondary life is more than just academics. It’s about learning how to manage time, prioritize tasks, stay focused, and cope with new emotional and social pressures—all of which are rooted in executive function.

Big transitions require strong executive functioning skills. Loop Learning Collective helps students build the executive function and academic skills needed to navigate these changes with confidence, resilience, and independence.

That’s where our Executive Function Coaching comes in.

Our program is specifically designed to support students in their first year of university or college with:

  • Time and Task Management: Help with staying organized, planning assignments, and avoiding last-minute stress.

  • Focus and Follow-Through: Tools to manage distractions and maintain motivation in independent learning environments.

  • Emotional Regulation: Coaching to manage anxiety, build resilience, and navigate the ups and downs of young adulthood.

  • Accountability and Support: Regular one-on-one check-ins to keep students on track, supported, and confident.

This is different than tutoring. It’s strategic, holistic coaching designed to foster independence, confidence, and a successful start to university life.
